Just A Game has been established in the Wairarapa as a result of the struggles many sports organisations are facing - maintaining expert staff - aligned to funding issues, industry stress and the struggle to be able to focus on passion areas.

Founded by Simon Roseingrave, the former Strengthen and Adapt lead for New Zealand Cricket, Just A Game is designed to offer the community more opportunities, whilst offering staff and contractors the chance to work across a range of settings, adding variety and opportunities..

Just A Game has a focus on:

• Supporting other organisations through the ability to contract additional staff support for events, delivery and leagues.

• Impacting the community through Athlete development via private 1 on 1 and Small Group Coaching.

• Enhancing education in the Coach space, including on going support.

• Creating new models of Athlete development via Athlete Adaptability programmes.
