Simon Roseingrave
Previously the contracted New Zealand Cricket Strengthen and Adapt Lead — Junior & Youth — Simon was the creative force behind Smash Play, NZC's national development philosophy. This involved significant research, use of insights and understanding of modern approaches to play, skill and personal development, aligned to the overall NZ Cricket strategy, vision and purpose.
Simon also spearheaded the design and roll-out of Kia Hākinakina — a regional project enhancing fundamental and functional movement for tamariki in primary school settings — from vision creation and strategic plan development through to delivery and resource design.

NZ Cricket — Smash Play
Creative lead on New Zealand Cricket's Smash Play national junior development plan — a systemic, evidence-based philosophy incorporating constraints-led approaches, game design and modern skill acquisition theory aligned to the NZC national strategy.
Kia Hākinakina
Co-designed and led a regional project enhancing fundamental and functional movement for tamariki in primary school settings. Incorporated teacher support models, social development frameworks and programme delivery — from vision through to resourcing.
