Skipping Rope Sprint
Each athletes completes a 25 metre set distance, running, whilst skipping over a rope .
The coach times each of three trials over the full distance. Once all three times are entered, the average is calculated automatically.
Why Skipping Rope Sprint? The Skipping Rope is the external constraint mechanism. Athletes can explore implicit changes in stride-length, posture, leg-lift and more.
